Danielle + Brad, Huntsville Golf Club Wedding, Shavertown, PA
It was the perfect day for photographing a wedding, just slightly overcast with hints of blue sky peeking through the clouds. I met Danielle and her bridesmaids at her mother's home. I wanted capture all of her amazing DIY elements and incredible vintage details. Danielle made her hair-pin out of a piece of her mothers veil, hand-made the boutonnieres, and found some really great green mason jars to fill up with treats for her guests ! Brad was patiently waiting at the church for his bride to arrive. When it came time for her to walk down the aisle there was no better view. I looked over at Brad as Danielle made her way to him, he was literally stunned with her beauty and almost lost his cool! With some slight tears in his eyes all he could do was beam a big smile at his bride. Later in the day I got to hang out with the bridal party at the Huntsville Gold Club. They were hilarious and so much fun to work with. We all were scolded for goofing around on the golf carts. I haven't laughed like that in quite some time. Guests enjoyed a gorgeous view of the green, a homemade photo-booth and played horseshoes during cocktail hour. Danielle and Brad's first dance was not slow and traditional, it was whimsical and fun as they sang to each other and swung around the dance floor. This couple certainly knew how to keep their party fun and lighthearted with lots of laughs and a throwback to the SpiceGirls era! I had a blast dancing the night away with them. I can't wait to see their honeymoon photos from Italy. Congratulations again to Danielle and Brad!
